Terms governing the use of CRM Pro and its services.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the CRM application and related services provided by Flexbyts Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using the CRM application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CRM Pro, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the service.

2. Description of the Service

CRM Pro is a business management application designed to help organizations manage business activities including:

  • Lead management
  • Customer management
  • Meetings
  • Calls
  • Tasks and reminders
  • Quotations
  • Invoices
  • Business reports
  • WhatsApp communications where enabled

3. Account and Access

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities performed through their account.

Users should immediately notify us if they believe their account credentials have been compromised or used without authorization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the CRM only for lawful business purposes. You must not use the service to:

  • Conduct unlawful activities
  • Send fraudulent or misleading communications
  • Harass or abuse other individuals
  • Send unauthorized or unsolicited communications
  • Distribute malicious software or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
  • Violate applicable laws or third-party platform policies

5. WhatsApp Integration

CRM Pro may provide integration with the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.

If you use WhatsApp functionality, you are responsible for ensuring that your messages, recipients, consent practices and business communications comply with applicable laws and WhatsApp Business Platform policies.

You must not use the CRM or WhatsApp integration for spam, fraudulent communication, prohibited content or unauthorized messaging.

WhatsApp message delivery, account restrictions, template approval, quality ratings and other platform-level decisions may be controlled by Meta and are outside the direct control of Flexbyts Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

6. User Content and Data

Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of information entered into the CRM.

You must have the necessary rights, permissions and lawful basis to store and process information entered into the application.

7. Privacy and Personal Information

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy .

8. Third-Party Services

The CRM may integrate with third-party services such as WhatsApp Business Platform, payment services, communication services, hosting providers and other external platforms.

Use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those respective providers.

9. Intellectual Property

The CRM software, application design, branding, source code, documentation and related materials provided by Flexbyts Solutions Pvt. Ltd. remain the property of Flexbyts Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or its respective licensors, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Users retain ownership of business data and content they lawfully enter into the application, subject to the rights necessary for us to provide the service.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable and secure service. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.

Service availability may be affected by maintenance, technical problems, network failures, third-party services, security incidents or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary due to violation of these terms, unlawful activity, security concerns, misuse of the service, or requirements imposed by applicable law or third-party platforms.

12. Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of eligible personal information associated with their account.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Flexbyts Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and ensuring that their use of the service is suitable for their business requirements.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with the revised date.

Continued use of the service after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
